Neil's room

Fully furnished room for rent that is 200 sq. ft. for $525 per month. It has a double doored closet and is fully furnished except for bedding covers. It will have a shared bathroom with a roommate (no other roommate sharing bathroom currently) and a large toiletry closet listed in the photos. Washer/dryer, patios, grill, all other areas of the house are open to all tenants. No pets. There is a deposit equivelent to the month’s rent which will be refunded at the end of the leasing term. Deposit will not count as last month’s rent, but will be returned at the end of leasing term.

As of right now, someone is renting the master bedroom who has their own separate bathroom. the rest of the house will remain shared (Livingroom, dining, kitchen, yard, laundry room, etc.) Utilities will be split between roommates equally.
