The listing is for two bedrooms - perfect for anyone who needs additional space for an office or just storage. Both bedrooms and the private bath are grouped together and away from the other bedrooms. The laundry room is in that area, but aside from that – you would have that section to yourself. House was recently updated and kept clean. Laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet), new appliances, and a nice yard with a deck. The living room is furnished with a large sectional and TV, kitchen has the essentials but there are a few items still needed. The space is cozy and welcoming with lots of windows and natural light. Rent is $1,400/mo, it includes the two bedrooms, bathroom, W/D, and utilities. The TV has streaming you’re welcome to use as well.

I’m a 35-year-old female, I work from home while also finishing my graduate degree. This means I will be home a lot – usually sitting behind a laptop. I converted the front room into an office, it’s separate from the rest of the house but may need noise kept low for occasional meetings, etc. I have a medium size dog and cat – I’m biased, but they are fantastic and , easy to live with (no barking, accidents, etc.). For those with allergy issues, you’re welcome to research Devon Rex cats and see if that would work for you. I keep the house picked-up, but I’m not unreasonable about expectations there. I just ask that we do our share, stay considerate of the shared spaces and communicate like adults about things.
