Talmadge Avenue

This property is 15 minutes from the Savannah DT area and Scad buildings. 20 mins from southside. It’s a cottage style home with a wonderful layout. Shared bathroom and private room. The room is furnished except for a bed which you would need to move in.

I have some pups that are well trained and kennel trained when I’m not home. They are very sweet and I take 100% responsibility of them at all times. I currently live alone, and work a 7 am to 4 pm shift during the week I’m home at night and like relaxing on the weekends.
