Newly renovated two-story townhouse located in a safe and quiet area in Selah, right off the freeway. You will get your own room, connected to your own bathroom, and a walk-in closet. I already have couches and furniture in the common living area. $760 is an estimate, as rent is about $700 per month, and wifi and power is paid separately, around $50-70 per month.

Hi, my name is Ava Villarreal and I’m a 21-year-old female. I’m in nursing school so the majority of my time is dedicated to school. I graduate next year so I will be living in my place for the next year. I’m very easy going and I’m exceedingly tidy and clean. If I have free time I love to go out with friends, thrift and hike! Also, I do have to mention I have an espresso machine, that you can use if you’re a coffee lover ;)
