Hi there, I have about a 144 sq ft room available, freshly painted and the carpet has been professionally steam cleaned. This room is part of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, 1440 sq ft. One room is my room, the other room is my 2yo son’s room (I get him once every two months), and the spare room is up for rent. There are hard wood floors in the living room and tile in the kitchen, then carpet in all 3 rooms. I have AC, heating, newer appliances, washer and dryer. I have an attached garage with plenty of room for you to park. I live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a large neighborhood behind the Walmart and Home depot off of College Pkwy. All utilities are included!

Hi my name is Luke, I’m 43 years old and divorced. I spent 5 years in the Navy, and now I’ve been a registered nurse for 11 years. I have a 2 year old son named Logan who lives with his mother in South Carolina, and I get a one-week visit every two months where Logan will be staying with me at my house. I’m into music, hiking, disc golf, and sports. I watch a lot of movies and shows on TV, and I have two cats named Buster and Chloe (they are inside cats). Oh, and I work the night shift, 3 twelve hour shifts, so I sleep during the day before I go to work. I do not smoke anything, but I wouldn’t mind a roomie that did as long as it took place outside. I drink beers occasionally, usually when I’m at a friend’s house.
