Located 1.5 miles from a Dollar General Market, 2 miles from several restaurants, including The Branding Iron STEAKHOUSE. 7 miles from Interstate 65, 9 miles from Downtown Cullman, 15 miles from Hartselle, 25 miles from Decatur and Moulton, 45 minutes from Huntsville and Birmingham. Room rents for 200 per week, all inclusive. Requires references and a 200 security deposit. It will be me a laid back middle aged developer, and two roommates total if I decide to have more than one. Will consider couples but the cost would be considerably more because the utilities and everything doubles. I prefer females with a proven source of income.
