Fairly new construction, 3 bedroom home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I am the only one living here at the moment. Storage space available in the garage and of course full use of the house. Small deck out back and a very small yard. The open room comes with your own private bathroom. New laundry units available for use in the house. Any questions just ask :)

Just me living here (38 year old male). No kids or pets. I’m a pretty easy going and social person. Easy to get along with. I like to bbq and play video games. Just looking for one other person to split the rent with.
