10 minute drive to downtown Petaluma Month to month but looking at long term if it is a good fit.

I am 35 years old female and am a full time teacher in Novato. When I am not teaching, I enjoy taking walks outside, hiking, going to the beach, riding my bike, playing with my cat Mercury and my dog Jazzy (dog lives with my folks but may be by to visit). I am also an avid Giants fan and a major nerd for Queen music. I do not smoke or do drugs, but I do like an occasional glass of wine at dinner. I am quiet and respect privacy.

Ideal roommate: I am looking for a female roommate. Must work full time outside of the home-ideal for nurses or teachers but other work is welcome Must show proof of income-credit check and background check will be conducted-must have a minimum credit score of 670. Must provide proof of renter’s insurance (AAA is very cheap if you do not have it yet) No overnight guests but welcome to have a couple friends during the day Must be willing to help clean common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room).
Must like/be able to tolerate cats-I have a one year old calico who is very sweet and loves everyone. Since I have one cat, I am not accepting any other pets in the house. No smoking, drugs of any kind (including 420). An occasional glass of wine is ok but not heavy drinking.
Must follow the HOA rules. Must respect the privacy of bedroom space as well as quiet (I am usually in bed after 9 but that can vary on the day of the week) Must be able to communicate in a healthy way and be able to resolve conflicts in a calm and collected manner without drama. Must show proof of Covid vaccination.
