Our craftsman style home was built in nineteen-twenty and has all of the original breathtaking wood trim and hardwood floors in the common areas. The cozy screened in porch is the perfect respite after a long day or a peaceful Saturday morning. The main living room has a gas fireplace and a smart TV and is rarely used by us as we tend to do our living in the finished basement. In addition to our full time careers we are also chefs, so our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the premium essentials, tools and gadgets. We have our own bathroom downstairs so we rarely, if ever, use the upstairs bathroom. We pride ourselves on maintaining a super cozy and tidy home. The back patio has plenty of seating and a fire pit! The bedroom is fully furnished. There is a driveway as well as street parking. We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown and the hospitals and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. We do live a block from the train tracks so the occasional train is the only noise and really doesn’t take long to get used to it…we don’t even notice them.

We are newly married and love meeting new people. 😊 We have full time careers outside of the home and we are also in the process of opening a food truck so we stay quite busy these days. When we are at home we pretty much keep to ourselves downstairs. We are passionate about hospitality and will be very attentive to your needs.
