$750/mnth: 6 month lease or $725/month: 12 months lease. This room includes garage parking! In the King-Lincoln Bronzeville area. Included in the rent is Cove Monitored Security, Internet and access to entire common area first floor, kitchen, dinning, living room, mud room and laundry. Fenced in backyard with BBQ/Smoker. 4th floor entertainment/theater with surround sound.

Just a block to one of our community parks - there are about 3 small parks, and a couple blocks from the Urban League and Lincoln Theater. Several eateries near by and within walking distance.

Friendly neighbors and lively neighborhood come spring and summer with lots of weekend events.

The home itself is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath. You will have your private room with a big closet. Either can be partial furnished with the bed and night stands as seen in pics or of course you can use your own. Shared bathroom. Access to entire first floor - living room, kitchen, dinning room and laundry.

Utilities would be split almost all housemates and typically around $280 for electric. Sewer and water is about $230 every 3 months - also split amongst all housemates when it’s due.

Background check will be mandatory, along with an interview with the other roommates to make sure everyone will get along.

There are 2 roommates currently one male and and female that are currently has a dog who are sharing this awesome space. We’d prefer a male with not pets. 🙏🏼🤞 One of the tenant is in his late 40s. He has works a 4x10 shift that he goes into work for. He also likes to cook and likes to share in his cooking.

The other is also professional female care giver in also in her 40’s. So hours varies for her.

Overall everyone is laidback and likes to keep the house tidy in the common areas with respecting your personal space is your sanctuary.
