Hello! I have a 9’-7“ x 11’-2“ room with a closet + full bath + 1 parking spot in the garage available on the third floor of a 3 bedroom condo at radburn crossings (a new development in Fair Lawn). The first floor has a two car garage, a walk-in closet, and a computer room. The second floor has the kitchen and living room and the third floor has the guest room, your room, the master’s bedroom (my room) and the laundry room.

My name is Jeremy. I’m 28 years old and I moved into this property in May 2022. I’ve been living in North Jersey for almost 5 years. I moved here from Southern California for work after my master’s program.

I’m pretty clean, quiet, and I think I’m a considerate roommate/person in general. I’ll mostly be out of the house monday-friday for work and most of the time I’m in the condo I’ll be in the first floor computer room watching streams/playing computer games.
