2nd Avenue

The apartment’s a 4 room/1 bathroom walk-up in the east village with lots of convenient/fun things located in the area. The rent’s amazingly low for its location & quality (only $1275 or $1375 a month depending on which room you take). We already have WiFi, furniture, etc. and it comes with a dishwasher so it would be a really easy/cheap move in! Windows in every room, living room, & bathroom which is super nice. Laundry’s right around the corner from the apartment and we have a fire escape with a nice view we like to hang out on :)

Hey, we’re Claudia & Alyssa! We’re both 24 & graduated from the University of Wisconsin together in 2020. We’ve been living in nyc since August 2021, and our two other roommates are moving to other cities this August, so we’re looking for other people who are easy-going, social, and don’t care that we have a cat (she’s cute & it’s easier than taking care of a plant, i promise). Both of us also work in office 5 days a week so there’d be a lot of space for someone who needs to work remote. Really excited to get to know new people!!
