5 min walk to subways (B/Q at Church or Q at Parkside). Grocery store, food, etc. around the corner. Prospect Park is a 5 min walk away.

Available 9/1, $1360/month + utilities (typically around $100-$150).

I am looking for 1 roommate to take the other room in my 2 bed/1 bath as my current roommate has moved back home. The available room is the one in the photos with the flower bedspread, my room is the one with the piano.

I am pretty quiet, like to sleep in, keep to myself but would be ok with a roommate who likes to do things together occasionally. Ok with guests but typically don’t have a ton of people over, my family does come to stay with me on occasion though.

In my free time I like to go for walks (Prospect Park is right around the corner), play piano (I have headphones for my keyboard so it’s not loud), play board games & card games, read, watch tv (little bit of everything), etc.

I do not have a dog or any other pets currently but I do dog sit sometimes and I may be looking into getting a dog or cat soon so must be ok with animal.

I work full time as an Assistant Editor for a TV Show. I primarily go into the office but I do work from home on occasion.
