College Avenue

I have a a room for rent in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath condominium, about 1500 sqft total. The room is about 13 x 13 sqft and has a private ensuite bathroom and two closets. It is a corner room, so it has 3 windows (with a view of the flatirons) and amazing natural light. The condo is two floors, both bedrooms are on the first floor and the second floor includes the kitchen, living area, laundry room, a half bath, and a balcony. There is a lot of storage in the condo, with two large storage closets downstairs (big enough for skis, suitcases, etc.), a coat closet, and a storage locker in the garage for large items. The condo is fully furnished, except for the bedroom and bathroom that I am renting out. Pets are not allowed, and you must be non-smoking.

The condo is located directly across from CU’s campus and right off of 28th street, so it is a great location and convenient for everything! There is free street parking, and I have never had an issue finding a spot.

I am looking for someone to fill a 12 month lease from August 2022 to August 2023 with an opportunity to renew the lease. August 2022 rent will be prorated based on when you are available to move in.

You would be living with my roommate, who is a law student at CU. In her free time, she likes to cook, fly fish, or head to a brewery or happy hour with friends. She is a clean, respectful, roommate and a great friend! As a law student she spends a lot of time studying - so we need someone who will be relatively quiet and respectful of that on the week days.
