Umbria Street

My roommate and I have space available in a 4 bed 2.5 bath house located in Manayunk, PA walking distance from downtown. We are looking to have 3 rooms occupied and one room as a spare for an office space/ guest space. There is parking and a deck.

My roommate and I are young professionals (early 20s). I do have 2 cats who are really sweet and love to be around people. We are both healthcare professionals who will frequently be working odd hours so we are looking for someone who is okay with that and respectful of us if we have to sleep in, etc. We’re both very laid back and just looking for someone else to join us!
