One bedroom with a shared bathroom within 10 minutes walking distance from the UCR Campus. House is located in a quiet neighborhood near multiple shopping centers. Utilities are split between the 3 of us. WiFi is included. Male or female. Laundry on site and can be used anytime just coordinate with the other people. There is temporary storage in the garage and motorcycles are allowed to be kept inside. First and last months rent up front before move in. If you are a couple or 2 people looking to rent the room the cost is $1,225. Overnight guests are allowed once a week. Free range of common spaces and use of all appliances.
