Looking for traveling nurses!! Temporary accommodations available 1-3 months…. Can extend if needed. Furnished bedroom available in cute 3 bedroom 1 bath home. Looking for a responsible, mindful, clean (I am a no shoes in the house kinda gal) easy going, low key NON-smoker that is ok with limited to no guests, and (sorry) NO over night/out of town guests. I have space for one person and no space for drama or strangers in and out of my home. Its kind of an extended airbnb in that way. Anyone who is mostly away due to work, relationship.. and just needs a place for their stuff and a peaceful place when they are home will be considered first and happy to lower the rent a bit as well. I’m close to Gulfport, Treasure Island, downtown St. Pete and I275. Sorry, pets no longer considered. must split utilities to help tenant be mindful of usage.

I have two adorable cats and a sweet mini Australian shepherd. I work from home a couple days/nights a week as well as taking courses online. Im pretty introverted (until i drink) especially when I’m home. When I’m not working I like watching tv, going out to have dinner or drinks with friends and family, going for walks, gym, yoga, listening self-help and educational podcasts, sleep in on my days off yadda yadda….
