Fountain Park Drive

THE BEDROOM: Is cozy, a little over 9X9ft with nice natural lighting. The room is unfurnished and comfortably fits a full size bed(a queen would also work if you have minimal furniture). You would share a bathroom w/Brook.

THE APARTMENT: It’s a typical layout with lots of pantry space and the apartment gets a lot of light. The living room is currently unfurnished as that furniture belonged to our former roommate, so if you have furniture that you would like to bring there is plenty of space. There is in unit laundry and a dishwasher. We also have 2 tandem parking spots in a garage that requires key fob access. You and Brook would share the 2 spots. The building itself does also require fob access and there is security onsite.

THE BUILDING: Has a gym, rec room and two pools! The pool closest to us has a jacuzzi. There is a walkable plaza where there is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, movie theater, shops and restaurants. The apartment is also a 5 min drive to the Beach! Close to the Marina Trader Joe’s, a Whole Foods, and tons of cute spots to eat & drink.

THE RENT: Rent for the room would be $919/mo plus utiilites(Community fees, internet, SoCal gas, LADWP) which average to about an additional $80-100/mo We’re both pretty chill and tend to stay busy with work. We’re open to any gender roommate so long as they are comfortable sharing the bathroom with a male.

THE ROOMMATES: You will have 2 additional roommates, myself(40) and Brook(older male). I’m a chef and do often work late into the evenings. Brook works in security and also arrives home late. We do observe quiet hours from about 10pm-6am as noise in the common spaces does travel. I also have a cat who loves people, but does not get along well with other animals, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate additional pets. I do keep her in my room, so if you’re not a cat person or have allergies, that should not be an issue.
