We just bought our first home and will not be needing the basement for a while :) Basement has a private living room, bedroom, bathroom, a small dining room and a 2/3 kitchen (no oven).

It is me and my wife living upstairs. She is a DELTA flight attendant and I am 2nd year Physical Therapy student at the U. We have a sweet dog (Kira) that loves people. We are open to potential changes in agreements depending on the tenants needs. Using the upstair kitchen, dining room and outdoors is completely fine.
