My brother and I are moving into a 4 bedroom duplex and are looking for two roommates to come join us (preferably students like us). We were lucky enough to find an affordable and newly renovated place in a prime location close to our universities (Boston University and Babson College).

About us: I am 24 and my brother is 29 years old. We are originally Pakistani but grew up in Dubai and have decided to move to Boston for university. We are both doing a masters program in Data Analytics. We enjoy occasionally going out for a drink, making new friends, having people over from time to time, and having a lively household. We tend to be pretty extraverted people (sometimes) and we enjoy hosting the occasional party as well. However, never on a weekday.

About the rooms/duplex: The two rooms available have a shared bathroom downstairs and there is a communal bathroom in the living room as well. The apartment is 1200 sq feet. We will be paying extra per month since our rooms have a private bathroom.
