It will be available for move in on March 23rd. Lease lengths are month to month. No pets, no smokers. There are currently 4 other young professionals as roommates, 3 males and 1 female.

The house is located on Poplar St. It is steps away from Pepperoncini Restaurant, a 5-minute walk to Fayette, and walking distance to all other awesome local spots!

Extra storage is available in the basement if needed. Utilities are split among all the roommates. There is a monthly cleaner included in the price for all the common areas as well. The furnishings are a little different than shown in the photos.

It is an 8-minute walk to the train station and about 1 minute to the bus stop. Off street parking is readily available.
