A nice and clean two story town home in convenient location. One private bedroom upstairs with a private bathroom rent for $650. All utilities and Wifi included, furnished room with basic furniture provided. There are common areas to share including but not limited to laundry room, kitchen, dinning room…no pets, no smokers, no alcoholics or drug users, no prior eviction. Looking for clean, organized, responsible, friendly, respectful professionals or college students. Lease application form and lease agreement will be provided. Lease is Month-To-Month which’ll be auto-renewed unless proper written notice of termination is given ahead from landlord/tenants.
