Bedroom available is on the third floor with wall length closet, large bathroom, and access to balcony. Rent is $1200/month, security deposit of $1183, and 12 month lease. Utilities is not included in rent however split evenly each month with two other roommates. No couples, animals, or smokers.

A little about us…We’re two working professionals who enjoy cooking, watching movies, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants.
