Sydney's room

Hi all, I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s room in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Fed Hill. It’s $1003.50 a month and utilizes are usually under $80 each. The lease starts on August 21 and it’s a 12 month lease. I’ve attached some pictures and the apartment layout. The apartment includes washer and drier in unit, and the apartment itself has a gym, rooftop patio, and large court yard. I’ve been in the apartment for almost 2 years and love it! I also have a cat. She’s really chill and stays in my room when I’m gone.

A little about me: I’m 26 years old and will start my third and last year of law school at the end of August. I also work part time remotely from the apartment. I don’t go out that much due to school and work commitments, and honestly rather chill at home sometimes. I go into DC pretty regularly to see friends and I’m also on the board of a non profit based out of DC. I’m vegan, but I’ve always lived with non-vegans, so that doesn’t bother me. If you’re interested in the apartment please let me know ASAP, since I’ll be doing some traveling at the end of July and early August. Also if you could tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for in an roommate, that would be great!
