About the room
It’s a 4 bed/3 bath house. I have one bedrooms available which are upstairs and share a bathroom which will be available in April. The room offered is 11 by 9 feet with a decent sized closet. The room is unfurnished and utilities/wifi are paid separately.
We’re looking for a responsible adults who have no criminal records or eviction. No animals are allowed in the house.
The house is fully furnished, with a bbq in the back yard. As well as a community pool that you are free to use.
About the roomies
My name is Dwight, male 35, I am the owner of the house as well as an Airline Pilot so I will gone pretty frequently for work. I have another roommate in his early 30s, he is also a working professional from M-F.
I respect quiet time in the house or if your schedule is different than mine I will be cognizant of that. I keep my home clean and expect this from any roommates, even in your own room, dirty and/or hoarding roommates will not be tolerated so please be clean and considerate of others and the house in general.
