Izzy's room

This place is located a block away from Safeway on 18th. It’s a three level townhouse/apartment. I will link the virtual tour in this post so you can see the layout. We are looking for someone to live in the middle level large bedroom. You would get your own full bath and storage closet in the hallway. It’s the first accessible bathroom so it most likely will be the one used by guests/visitors.

Hi! My name is Izzy. My roommate Shadi and I are looking for a third person to join us. We are super laid back students. I attend Lane CC online and am majoring in education while Shadi is attending UO and earning her bachelors Human Phys! I work at the YMCA doing after school and summer programs for kids. Shadi is a caregiver. We both either work or go to school a lot during the week so are rarely home except for the evening times. We love to stay home when we can but I also like going out on the weekends. We clean up after ourselves and RARELY let the house get super dirty but there are the occasional pile up of dishes during the week due to our busy schedules.

I also have a dog named Cooper! I’ll add a pic of him but he’s is seriously the sweetest thing ever. He’s a chihuahua terrier mix and is 13 years old. Some significant things to know about him is that he sheds and he barks almost every time he hears something that he can’t see. Whether it’s someone knocking, walking in the front door, or a loud noise from outside, he’ll bark for about a minute then eventually shuts up :) He spends most of his day following me around or sleeping/relaxing. He loves pets from literally anyone and warms up to people really quickly. His shedding shouldn’t be a huge issue given that I don’t even like it myself and try to vacuum as often as I can.
