We are looking for a 4th housemate to fill a spacious 1 bedroom in our very large, quiet, and quaint home. The room has high ceilings, bays windows with lots of sunshine. Rent: $1225/mo + $1825 Deposit + shared utilities (water, electric, internet). It will be available from 8/01/2022 with flexible lease term month to month. Perks: Furnished living area and kitchen, Washer/Dryer in the garage, plenty of garage storage for bikes or extra furniture or junk, small outdoor deck, shared backyard with garden, super cool roommates!

Walking distance from Mainstay Market grocery store, 22nd street Caltrain station, Chase Center, Dogpatch Boulders, UCSF Mission Bay, Crane Cove Park, Espirit Park, Honeybear Boba and much more! One of the few places in the city that consistently avoids the fog and overcast. And honestly one of my favorite places to walk around in the city.

No pets. No smoking. Your bathroom is shared with 2 other housemates.

Roommates: 1F, 2M, late twenties & early thirties, who work in Tech and Fitness.

We didn’t know each other before moving in, but we now enjoy chatting in the kitchen after work, occasional happy hours and outings. Likewise, everyone enjoys their personal space as desired, and we always work towards having an incredibly comfortable place to call home.
