I am looking for one roommate in their mid 20’s to join my lease in my current 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Lowell for September 1 for a 6 month lease with the opportunity for renewal. Cost of rent is $925/month plus electric, one parking space free, and pay to use laundry in the building. The complex is located 3 minutes from the highway, walking distance to a grocery store, and the walking path along the Merrimack River.

I am a dance instructor in the area, dog walker, and freelancer in Boston. I am clean and organized and am looking for one roommate who is able to keep common areas clean and tidy! I love going into Boston, to breweries and shows, or just relaxing with friends.
