The house is located in Park Hill neighborhood 10 minutes from Downtown Denver. It is roughly 1,100 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and is essentially fully furnished besides your bedroom. We can discuss storage and furniture options and all that if you like the place.

• Small park located in sub nearby. Easy to walk to. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Mostly families.

• Must be 420 friendly.
• Must like dogs (I have a small 30lb dog).

I am a 30 year old male who just purchased this house on July 1st and am looking for a chill roommate to help with affording the mortgage. I have been living in Denver for the last 8 years and work from home in the IT field. From this you can guess Im super nerdy but I am also very much an exercise and outdoors enthusiast as well. I hike, camp, backpack, play volleyball leagues, have been getting into rock climbing, and ski heavily in the winter. Just got back from a trip to South America so wont be travelling much the rest of the year outside of work.

I do have my own dog who is very friendly but will need to make sure if you have a pet that they get along.

Outside of that Im pretty lame during the week due to work and am somewhat of a weekend warrior most other times.
