The basement of the house is unfinished which I am setting up to be a secondary living room with an exercise area. House is close to the airport with easy access to E470 and Gun Club. A little about me, I am a 30 yr old female that recently became a home owner and works from home. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. I also participate in a weekly sports league for most of the year and like to go out to downtown every once in a while. I have a cat, she is not good with sharing her space. I am asking for no pets.
