About the room
Looking for a roommate to sign a 6 month lease in the prime Barton Hills neighborhood starting September 1st. Nothing less than 6 months and you cannot have any pets but must love dogs. I have a high energy golden retriever and a spunky bulldog. The house is fully furnished except for the room I’m renting. Less than a ten minute drive to downtown and a twenty minute walk to Barton Springs/Zilker Park. The rent price listed is per month and that price is not including the utilities or Wi-Fi.
About the roomies
It’s just my two dogs and I living at this property. I’m a quiet, clean roommate and I go out of town with the dogs from time to time.
