Private home small bed room with almost new bed walking distance to Scotts Flat Lake and the General store restaurant. full access to all spaces in the cabin except the loft. New appliances very cozy furniture I wont be spending alot of time at the house I will be staying most of my time with my girl friends place in Penn Valley. Will need 1/2 the PG&E but thats really low.
About the roomies
I live alone I’m very respectful honest and fair. Im 56 years old have two daughters one lives in the area. I’m not a partier or don’t do drugs my house is very tided and expect it to stay that way.
