I am looking for a female or male roommate. I have a cute condo located in Fairview Park, walking distance to the Metro Parks. It is completely remodeled. I’m a private person so I am looking for the same. You will have your own room but have access to the whole condo. I do not allow guests I will not have any either. This way it insures a quiet respectful atmosphere. I understand that, may not be ideal for some. So if you are uncomfortable with those conditions please do not apply. It is imperative that we get along.

Quite, respectful, clean. No drug use, social drinker/rarely. Bit of an introvert. Would like to have a roommate I can have the occasional conversation with. I understand you have your life and I have mine. Will always respect your privacy and expect the same in return.
