Rent is for 8 months, to roughly near end of March 2019. Street parking is fairly abundant and free, in front just of house. Great location near U village walking about 3 min away, with two buses to UW via bus route 65 or 74. Down town bus as well (74). House has very small backyard/patio area with storage unit, very small car port (most cars won’t fit but if you have a very small car then 👍).

Room we are renting is downstairs below ground. It’s half basement half just a floor downstairs. It comes with a shared bathroom.

Brand new kitchen appliances and generally redone interior. Gas central heating. We have Comcast and you can pay in to get service.

A great house if you’re looking to save rent money and need a good location near UW.
