Jessica's room

The apartment is in Heritage Estates apartment complex on the second floor and is ~15 minutes from UCF (the Gresham Renovated layout if you want to look online). The room available has an attached ensuite bathroom with lots of space and nice windows in the room itself. The complex has a pool, workout room, dog park, and is safe and quiet. The apartment also has a balcony perfect for plants. The room is not furnished but all the shared spaces are (the pictures of the bedroom are general promotion photos, so if you’d like photos of the actual room just pm me). Rent includes utilities and internet. Move in date could be adjusted forward/back if needed.

The unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with one other roommate (me!) living there. I am a grad student at UCF and work full time so I’m pretty busy, but sometimes have to do some work from home so would prefer someone with a similar lifestyle. I’m pretty quiet and not really into partying, but also open to making friends and like to do movie nights. I like to keep the shared spaces pretty clean and value communication and respect others people’s space/privacy.
