About the room

Current lease ends May 27th - if you would like to renew for a one year lease it must be discussed in BY APRIL 1st.

I have a two bedroom, 2 Bath apartment. $1500 is for the Master Bedroom w/ a private bath. +500 for an additional bedroom with a private bath not connected to the room.

There is no smoking inside the apartment via the lease agreement here however you can just walk out and smoke in the parking lot if you wish to do so. The rental includes all utilities (electric/heating, wifi, water, water waste, and gas) plus full usage of the kitchen. I asked that you leave the apartment how you find it. We do also have an elevator.

Children are welcomed if you are a single mother or couple. I know it can be difficult to find housing, as I come from a large family, I understand the need for support.

*I also have a queen size air mattress for whoever does not have their own bed when moving in.

The apartment amenities also includes: Two large swimming pools and plenty of lounge seating.

Rent is due the first of the month and can be made in multiple payments if needed. Rent is due before move in via cash, Venmo, money orders. I do not accept personal checks. My leasing department requires whomever to go onto the lease so you will need to do their background check and have an income that can be verified. (I do not care what you do for work as long as your portion of the rent gets paid).

You will receive your own set of keys, which must be returned before moving out. You will receive a renters contract that must be notarized before moving in, this is to protect the both of us.

The apartment is also conveniently located near MCC, UNH, and SNHU. Down the street is a Walmart, Target, Home Depot, multiple Dunkin Donuts/ Starbucks, and Market Basket. There is about three gas stations with in 3 miles of each other.

About the roomies

I am a full-time Law student and I work full time as a server/bartender. I won’t be at the apartment often as I’m usually at my boyfriends place. So you’ll basically be living alone. My cats will be there primarily, so you just have to be okay with cats.

Initial rent is due at or before move in, then April & Mays rent is due on/by the 1st of the month.

I prefer to keep everything nice and clean, if you make a mess, just clean it up.

You must be OK with dog and cats and if you bring your own, they must be pet friendly. This is a non negotiable. Two cats will be staying in the apartment full time until the end of the lease, I’ll be there daily to care for them till I find permeant housing for them.
