I have a two bedroom, 1.5 Bath apartment. The room for rent is a private room but with a shared master bathroom. There is no smoking via the lease agreement here however you can just walk out and smoke in the parking lot if you wish to do so. The rental includes all utilities plus full usage of the kitchen. I asked that you leave the apartment how do you find it. Ideally looking for someone around my age or a full-time/ part-time student, females only. You must be OK with animals, dog and cats!

I am a full-time college student. I prefer to keep everything nice and clean, if you make a mess just clean it up. The room must be left in the condition and which it was found. The room is completely empty, however you do have a full closet.
