About the room
In a really sweet and quaint neighboorhood. It’s my master bedroom suite, over 250 Sq. Ft. Has own bathroom/shower combo. The house is fully furnished with an extensive full kitchen with lots of gadgets. There is a washer and dryer on propery.
The room is not Furnished but has a walk in closet as well as an extra closet.
Animals for an additional charge are welcome on a case by case situation as I am subleasing the room and my landlord has certain rules. There is a small pet door on the one bedroom door
The backyard is fully fenced with porch and grass. Asking for half of utilities about $200/250. But price is a bit negotiable.
About the roomies
I’m a divorced mother and my two teenage kids while not living with me at the moment will be visiting about 8x/month. I also tend to have family over like 1 evening a month or so. I’m more of an introvert. I love to read and paint and board games are my favorite.
