Near public park about 6-7 houses to Oki Park. City Pool is open during summer with charge, Olympic sized pool and diving pool, kiddie pool, BBQ area, children’s playground, basketball hoops, and a huge sized soccer field. In the Northern direction, 5 minutes from the American River and the American River bike trail. A few blocks after the park you will find the local fire department which is near the shopping center.
Located near CSUS- Sacramento State University, there are ample places to eat, drink and shop. Definitely the best-kept secret in Sacramento.
You’ll share the home with 3 housemates including the homeowner. Ideally someone who can easily adjust to any environment. If you are a book lover, this is definitely a home you should look into.
