Private room located in Moonrise condominiums at Starr Pass. This room is fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser, bed and bath linens, and TV. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so the adjacent hallway bathroom is yours. Updated polished concrete floors through the entire space.
Common area includes spacious living room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, wood burning fireplace, and full-size washer and dryer. Community amenities include pool/spa, tennis court, fitness gym and clubhouse.
Located in the JW Marriot Starr Pass resort property, there’s plenty of hiking and biking trailheads with access right from the development. Easy access to Downtown Tucson, I-10, airport, and a 15 minute drive to U of A campus.
The monthly rent is a $700 flat rate. Rent includes all utilities, electricity, internet, and all property amenities. $500 security deposit to include $100 cleaning cost.
About the roomies
About me: I’m 23 years old and just graduated from New Mexico State class of 2021. I currently work the night shift 9pm-7am Tuesday through Saturday, so I sleep during the weekdays but I have weekends off. I also have two affectionate black cats but they won’t have access to the guest room. The daily cleaning from my Roomba vacuum and Roomba mop help keep the place clean. I’m a Tucson native who enjoys golf, riding my bike, and hanging out in the pool.
