Seeking Female Roommate. 3 Beds 1 Bath - Duplex House

Hi! I’m looking for a professional female roommate starting in April, but the dates are flexible. It’s a three bedroom place and we’re looking for a 3rd person.

-Spacious room with a closet and lots of sunlight. Option to have it furnished or unfurnished (twin bed + mattress, mirror, and chair) -There is a washer & dryer, storage, and a small gym in the basement. -There is a garage outside to store bikes or outdoor gear.

• 30 second walk to Delaware Park -Month to month contract and no deposit is required if you have a credit score above 700 (a screenshot from credit karma is fine)
• Water, Internet, Gas, Electric, snow removal is included in the price of rent -Rent is due on the 1st every month -The only meh thing is that we park on the street but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot, it’s mostly residential homes in the area. -Not a party house, but friends & family come over often. No smoking in the house. -Possibly a background check required per the landlord’s request.

A little about me: I work in a biology lab on Grand Island. I love hiking, pilates, cooking, watching movies, live music, hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, and I have a mini golden, Olive, but there aren’t anymore pets allowed unfortunately.

A little about the other roommate, Max: He’s a biology student at UB, so he’s studying most of the time. He plays guitar and likes to cook. Nice, clean guy.
