Property includes inground pool, fenced yard, peloton-like bike, yoga equipment, 3-season sunroom, access to miles of hiking, a gorgeous park up the street, and across from a lovely lake to kayak, swim, or SUP! Your room includes bedroom and work/studio space and a private full bathroom with a separate entrance. Parking in the large driveway. Monitored security included. Utilities, trash pickup, & WIFI shared. Hulu (if interested) shared. Close to shopping! The bedroom is unfurnished but I will furnish for the right person.
