First months rent deposit, and proof of income required. 3 bed 1 1/2 bath. All three beds and the bath are upstairs.There is a small 1/2 bath in the basement along with washer and dryer. Big back yard for downtown area. Can walk to destination downtown and fairgrounds from house. If someone really wanted, some grunt work could be put into basement where half bath is located for a small shower (full bath) and more private space (basement has its own door) but the basement is completely unfinished.

Friendly couple, M(21) F(18). We both work and I (F) am currently in nursing school, so during the day we’re not home for the most part. We have two dogs- a German Shepard mix and Golden Retriever. and also a cat who is pretty chill. They are both friendly. We like to keep a fairly clean house, so cleanliness is greatly appreciated.
