The property is located off of I-80 and N McCarran Blvd. Located 3 miles from the UNR campus and 3.5 miles from downtown. It is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome with a 2 car garage. I live in the master suite and have 1 of the garage spots. Outside parking is available 24X7. Room is unfurnished but can easily fit queen-size beds with a work desk. The shared bathroom has 2 sinks, so each gets one. Common areas are furnished and have an equipped kitchen. The property is in a friendly and safe neighborhood with popular stores (Walmart, Walgreens, Safeway, etc) within the vicinity.

I am 29 year old guy, working in the ecommerce industry as a senior manager. I like to keep my house clean and looking for like minded roommates. I am an outdoors guy who likes to play soccer, basketball, tennis etc. I am pretty relaxed and cook seldomly.
