This house is in the Summit Place Community in North Fontana, fully furnished with essential appliances and furniture. The room itself is unfurnished. Bathroom will be shared with one other housemate. House is cannabis friendly (no cigarettes), just be mindful of our fur babies! No pets, our HOA doesn’t allow for any more pets than we already have.
RENT INCLUDES: Backyard (undeveloped), kitchen, living area, and laundry accessible. Street parking is available and ample. Summit Place Community amenities include a Jr. Olympic-sized swimming pool and spa, children’s wading pool, playground, park area, bbq area, and basketball courts. Must follow HOA rules (will be provided upon acceptance).
LOCATION: We are located in North Fontana, Summit Place Community close to I-15, I-210, Ontario International Airport, Victoria Garden, and Ontario Mills.
RENTER WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Individual female renter. You/your parents must show proof of income and proof from employer. No parties, no smoking indoors, no history of felony, and no unexpected visitors. You must abide by our Housemate Agreement (will be provided upon acceptance). Background check will be conducted, prior to acceptance. You must show proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID and practice wearing masks in public to ensure you, us, and anyone else are safe. Photos/Meets/Showings will be the first week of June.
My sister & I purchased this newly built home in North Fontana in August 2021. We currently have two other female housemates and are looking for another since one will be moving out at the end of May. We have 3 friendly cats (2 females who have access to the whole house, 1 male who stays in one bedroom). My sister and I are both easy-going, full-time engineers in our mid-twenties.
