About the room
A manufactured house around 1500 sq ft; the rooms available are 12ft by 13ft 9ft by 12ft (pictured above). The rooms two and three will be sharing the smaller bathroom. We have a small dog (3yr) and medium dog (1yr). The neighborhood is a new manufactured house community with some amenities.
About the roomies
It will be me (male) and one other (female) who is a chill and funny gal but also like a clean house. I go to TXST and the other one goes to UT Austin. We smoke/drink occasionally. We play games like dnd, most card/board games, and video games. We are always open to hang out and try new foods. (Also, we’re not high in the picture lol).
