This private bedroom in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Juanita (Kirkland) will be available as soon as July 25th! The house is located just a 10 minute walk from Juanita Beach Park, 8 minute drive from Totem Lake Mall, and within 10-20 minute drive from Microsoft and Google! There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, though we would be happy to discuss reserving one of the driveway spots for you. The house has a large backyard, big kitchen with a gas range, microwave, oven, fridge, and dishwasher, media room with projector and theater screen (furnishing in progress), garage that has partially turned into a boxing/BJJ dojo and has an extra fridge and deep freezer, and much more!

Bedroom can be furnished (with slightly increased rent) or unfurnished. Open to any gender, but the bathroom is shared with one guy! Other pets welcomed with pet deposit as long as they get along with our pups.

My boyfriend and I share one room, our friend rents another, we’re looking to rent out this room, and the last room we keep as a guest room. I am a 24 year old software engineer who loves snowboarding, paddleboarding, and hanging out with my pup! My boyfriend is a 32 year old who got out of the Navy ~2 years ago and is now doing an engineering program. He loves to do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and watch movies/TV shows. Our 27 year old friend also just got out of the Navy last year and is now studying Electrical Engineering. He likes to cook, play video games, and watch movies as well! My boyfriend and I have a 1 year old dog, Chief, and our friend has a 2 year old dog, Rocky. They’re both very sweet and well-behaved!
