Hi! We are looking for a roommate to fill our 3rd bedroom in a gorgeous apartment within walking distance of downtown Phoenixville. The open bedroom is located on the top floor and has a single window with a picturesque view. The room comes with a good-sized closet, beautiful built-ins, and an adjustable thermostat. Bills are about $60 every month depending on how much Peco costs.

My roommate and I are both big DnD nerds who work full time. We are not partiers and enjoy the outdoors and a chill night in. We are both fairly clean and responsible. We both have cats (3 total) so non-furry/smaller animals are welcome but we are maxed out on cats/dogs, unfortunately. We can’t wait to meet you!
