Mo's room

A nice privet room is available to rent. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is near all kinds of stores and it is within walking distance to the train and busses. It is an 8-minute walk to Manhattan College.

I’m respectful, clean, and spend time outside. I work in retail so I am not home most of the time but am looking for a roommate who I can get along with and hang out with. No smoking in the apartment, no drugs, no pets, and no couples.

I am the only one who lives in the apartment. I am professional in my mid-20s.
