It will just be me since my roommate moved out. The apartment itself is nice and has a upscale resort feel to it. There is a nice pool with a shaded gazebo and a small putt-putt area. The outside area features a playground and a well lit basketball and tennis court too! I also will give you a spare key to use so that you may get into the gate and have access to the gym, pool, and other amenities. Animals are welcome but there is an additional deposit fee of $350 per pet with the limit being 2. Students welcome.
